Model Form

Alma Bella Aesthetics is looking for neurotoxin and filler models for our injector training sessions. Treatments are performed by training injectors and supervised start to finish by Rebecca Wilson, RN, so your comfort and safety come first.

What to Expect

How It Works

Sessions are held at our Scottsdale studio on scheduled training days. You’ll be assessed, photographed, and treated by an injector in training while Rebecca guides and oversees every step.

Plan on a longer appointment than a standard visit — teaching takes time, and nothing is rushed.

Models are treated at a reduced rate rather than full menu pricing. Specific treatments and model pricing are confirmed with you before anything is scheduled.

Treatments We Model

  • Neurotoxin — forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet
  • Dermal filler — lips, cheeks, chin, and jawline
  • Areas are matched to the course being taught and to what suits your face

To Be Considered

  • 18 years or older and in good general health
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • No treatment in the same area within the last 3 months
  • No active skin infection or recent facial surgery in the area
  • Able to attend on the scheduled date, on time

What We Ask of You

  • Clear, unfiltered photos sent ahead of time (see below)
  • Consent to photos and video during the session, including use for education and social media
  • Honest answers about your medical history and past treatments
  • Follow the pre- and post-care instructions you’re given
  • Let us know as early as possible if you can’t make it

Photos: after you apply, text six clear, unfiltered photos in good natural light to (480) 979-4942 — front facing at rest, left profile, right profile, and the same three while making the expression relevant to your area of interest (pursed lips for filler, raised brows and a frown for neurotoxin). No makeup filters, no sunglasses. Applying does not guarantee selection; Rebecca reviews every submission and will reach out if you’re a match for an upcoming session.
